Huguenot Trail Rotary - Four Avenues of Service

Club Website: What excitement to have our own website!It is a great form of communication as well as a source of information to current and prospective members. Special thanks to our Editor, Terry Hargrove and our past Club Service Chair, Carolsue Lacy, this dream has become a reality!

Club Bulletin: During the last couple of years, our past Club Service Chair, Carolsue Lacy, has been publishing a weekly bulletin to keep us up to date and current with what is happening in our club. This year, we also added a monthly newsletter which is being written by our club president and formatted/edited by our Editor/PR Chair, Terry Hargrove. This newsletter is e-mailed to all members once a month, presented on our website and is being handed out at our regular lunch meetings to guests and visiting Rotarians.

Membership: We started 2 new membership programs this year. We created a "Be My Guest" card to hand out to prospective members and initiated a door-to-door canvass of local businesses to spread the word about Rotary and look for possible new members in the immediate area of our club's weekly meetings.
